Collection & Delivery Information

Our Opening Hours (for phone or website enquiries) is 9am-7pm Monday to Friday.  Please note that due to other commitments on Tuesday and Wednesday, we may be slow to reply. We are closed over the weekend. We are a home-based business and are not open to the public outside our collection and return times for confirmed bookings.

Our standard practice is for you to collect the play equipment from our premises in Aubin Grove. We do offer delivery for orders over $150 if required for an additional delivery fee.

Delivery fees are expensive as the hire period is the full weekend so travel time and costs to and from your delivery destination prior to and after your hire weekend has been factored in. Therefore where possible we encourage you to make your own collection arrangements. Delivery DOES NOT INCLUDE assembly and dismantling the equipment (assembly is minimal and instructions are provided). Our delivery fees are as follows (this is based on google map trip mapping from our premises in Aubin Grove to your delivery destination):

  • 0-10kms – $60

  • 11-25kms – $75

  • 26-40kms – $90

  • 41-55kms – $105

  • 56-70kms – $120

  • 71 – 85kms – $135

  • 86 – 100kms – $150

  • 101-115kms – $175
  • Over 115kms delivery is not available.

Our opening hours for the collection and return of our play equipment is as follows:

FOR WEEKEND HIRE:

Collection: Thursday 3pm – 7pm or Friday by appointment

Returns: Sunday 5pm – 7pm or Monday 3pm – 7pm

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, what time you will be collecting and returning your order.

If you do not return the equipment during the mutually agreed times  your $50 bond will be retained as a penalty.

Our address for collection and return is 27 Armand Drive, Aubin Grove, with prior booking arrangement.

Please be aware that some our play equipment is LARGE and will require a Ute or trailer for transport. We are restricted due to insurance reasons in disassembling our equipment for transport so please consider your transport carefully as unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for items that are booked, but unable to fit in the transport you have arranged. Please enquire at the time of booking.
