Cancellations where more than 2 weeks notice (by 5pm Friday two weeks prior) will have their deposit refunded. Cancellations after this time up until Wednesday 5pm (of the hire week) your deposit will be retained. Cancellations after this time full payment of the booking is retained.
Failure to collect or return the equipment within our collection and return timeslots will result in the loss of your $50 bond.
